STRADIVARIUS SHEFFIELD
VISUAL MERCHANDISER- NEW STORE OPENING
About us
Inditex is a global fashion retail group behind brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties and Zara Home. We bring trend-led product to customers at pace, powered by creativity, strong store teams and a relentless focus on doing things better every day.
Stradivarius is driven by creativity and modern femininity—where trend, style and emotion come together. We create fashion-forward, wearable collections designed to inspire confidence and self-expression, with fresh newness landing constantly. In-store, everything moves fast: storytelling is key, the experience feels aspirational yet easy to shop, and our digital-first mindset keeps us closely connected to the customer.
The role
As a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.
This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
What you’ll be doing
Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards.
Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Stradivarius brand.
Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
What you’ll bring
Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
Strong understanding of Stradivarius’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.
The mindset we love
You’re trend-aware and detail-obsessed, with a strong eye for styling and storytelling. You translate product into outfits and moments that feel inspiring, feminine and fashion-forward—always with a commercial lens. You read performance and customer behaviour, react quickly, and keep the floor clear, curated and easy to shop. Fast-paced energises you: you’re proactive, adaptable, and proud of executing the basics brilliantly while constantly raising the visual standard as a team.
