What we expect from you:

Our Commercial Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of their department .Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Analyse commercial data and put actions in place to improve the sales of the store
  • Oversee all the training and development of the commercial team
  • Take responsibility for all the visual and commercial aspects of the store
  • Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project

Job requirements

Experience and Qualifications


  • Previous fashion retail experience.
  • Prior Visual Experience within a fast paced environment.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Market, commercial and competitors awareness
  • Visual flair and creative thinking required.
