Visual Merchandiser Lefties Lakeside NEW OPENING

  • On-site
    • Grays, England, United Kingdom

Job description

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

(Store Styling — Lefties UK)

Who we are

Lefties is a part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.

Fashion is what we sell. How we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success. As Lefties expands in the UK, we’re building teams who thrive on pace, purpose and customer-first retail.

The role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you bring Lefties to life on the shopfloor — creating clear, inspiring and commercial displays that help customers shop with ease and drive performance. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where organisation and speed matter as much as creativity.

You’ll work with large volumes of stock and frequent mannequin changes, keeping your area sharp, impactful and customer-led, even during busy trading and heavy delivery periods.

This role is for you if you…

  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking — you style with purpose and results in mind

  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy working at pace with high volumes

  • Are highly organised, reliable and great at prioritising

  • Are adaptable — you react quickly to trade, trends and changing priorities

  • Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in consistently high standards

  • Collaborate well with store leadership and support the wider team

  • Are resilient and ambitious, motivated to learn and grow your career

What you’ll do

  • Deliver eye-catching, on-brand presentations that make product easy to shop and hard to ignore

  • Use sales, product and customer insight to guide VM decisions and improve performance

  • Respond quickly to trends, trade and store priorities, adjusting displays at pace

  • Manage high-volume deliveries efficiently across shopfloor and stockroom, keeping flow strong

  • Maintain and refresh mannequins and styling with consistency, speed and attention to detail

  • Keep fixtures, layouts and standards aligned to brand guidelines

  • Partner closely with store management to execute commercial priorities and key moments

  • Support Inditex sustainability initiatives through daily ways of working

What we offer

Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.

At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference.

We are committed to creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. Adjustments are available for candidates with disabilities or long-term conditions.
