STYLE ADVISOR -MASSIMO DUTTI -LONDON

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers who enter the store/department
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Answering queries from customer
  • Maintain an up to date customer database
  • Making sure sales targets are met
  • Getting feedback from customers
  • Adapt to the customers own interest in colour, style and shape
  • Create complete looks from head to toe to match customers style
  • Inform customers about fashion trends
  • Remember loyal customers names, sizes and preference and maintain friendly relationship
  • Provide product detail ,including fabrics, wash care instructions
