STYLE ADVISOR -MASSIMO DUTTI -LONDON
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers who enter the store/department
- Providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Answering queries from customer
- Maintain an up to date customer database
- Making sure sales targets are met
- Getting feedback from customers
- Adapt to the customers own interest in colour, style and shape
- Create complete looks from head to toe to match customers style
- Inform customers about fashion trends
- Remember loyal customers names, sizes and preference and maintain friendly relationship
- Provide product detail ,including fabrics, wash care instructions
