Supporting your team through busy periods, challenges and change

Use KPIs and insight to react quickly and drive performance
Deliver launches and commercial initiatives with pace and discipline
Keep the store aligned to customer demand, best sellers and trends
Visual standards & customer experience

Maintain a smooth, efficient customer journey (floor flow, fitting rooms, queues)
Lead a high-energy shop floor with visible, supportive leadership
Operations & stock flow
Ensure accurate and timely replenishment, even under pressure
Maintain an organised stockroom to support speed and availability
Deliver consistent standards across:
Cash handling

People leadership & development
Build an engaged, high-performing team through clear expectations
Communicate in a way that is respectful, direct and inclusive
Give regular feedback and manage performance early and fairly
Recruit with a focus on behaviours, values and capability
Develop your leaders through coaching and structured routines
Build succession plans and progress talent consistently
Workforce planning
Manage the hours budget transparently and effectively
Create rotas that reflect trading patterns and operational needs
Monitor productivity and take action quickly when performance shifts
What we’re looking for
Proven experience leading a fast-paced, high-volume retail store
Strong track record of delivering commercial results through people
Confidence managing large teams, including performance conversations
