We are looking for a Store Director to lead our Massimo Dutti store in Ireland a senior leadership role responsible for people, performance, product flow and customer experience. You will take full ownership of strategy, standards, commercial decisions and leadership capability in the store.

 

You set the direction for the store. You lead the leaders. You drive performance and protect the premium feel of the brand while operating in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

This is a hands‑on role with visibility on the shopfloor  balancing commercial pace with attention to detail.

What you’ll do

Performance & Commercial Leadership

  • Own the store’s overall results: sales, productivity, standards and KPIs

  • Analyse the commercial rhythm of the business and turn it into clear actions

  • Ensure product flow, sizing, impacts and availability support daily trading

  • Make timely decisions and adapt quickly to changing priorities

People & Leadership

  • Lead and develop a management team (including the Store Manager)

  • Build capability, consistency and accountability across all departments

  • Foster a positive, high‑performance culture

  • Coach leaders to deliver a premium experience even in peak fast‑fashion pace

Customer Experience & Brand

  • Ensure customer service, styling advice and product knowledge meet a premium standard

  • Maintain brand presentation and attention to detail across all areas

  • Keep connected to customer behaviour within the Irish market

Operations & Standards

  • Guarantee operational excellence, stock accuracy and routine discipline

  • Oversee Health & Safety, compliance and security

  • Embed Inditex sustainability practices in day‑to‑day operation
