Job description

RESPONSIBLE

Who we are

Bershka is part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties.

Bershka is all about trend-led style, energy and self-expression — with fast-moving product and a store experience that’s bold, dynamic and customer-first. At Inditex, how we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success.

The role

As a Responsible, you support the management team to deliver strong commercial results and a great customer experience. You help run the shopfloor day to day — coordinating the team, driving standards, and keeping product moving at pace from delivery to replenishment.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-energy environment. You’ll use commercial insight, organisation and emotional intelligence to keep priorities clear, respond quickly to change and help the team perform at their best.

This role is for you if you…

  • Thrive in fast-paced retail and stay calm under pressure

  • Are commercially confident and enjoy turning reports into actions

  • Are reliable, well organised and strong at managing multiple priorities

  • Lead with emotional intelligence and communicate clearly with your team

  • Take pride in standards — product, presentation, stock and service

  • Are adaptable, proactive and quick to solve problems

  • Are resilient and ambitious, motivated to learn and progress

What you’ll do

  • Drive daily replenishment and ensure product availability across key areas

  • Use commercial reports to take actions that improve sales and productivity

  • Share feedback with the management team on new lines, product requests and upcoming deliveries

  • Support delivery organisation and productivity, meeting deadlines and company targets

  • Allocate newness to the shopfloor, brief the team and maintain strong product flow

  • Support fitting room coverage and ensure merchandise is redistributed efficiently

  • Partner with the VM team to adapt merchandising and mannequins in line with brand guidance and performance

  • Deliver strong customer service standards and help resolve customer issues in the moment

  • Support compliance with refunds/returns, security routines and store procedures

  • Contribute to stock takes, sales prep and maintenance routines

  • Support rotas, daily planners, training and onboarding in line with business needs

  • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives

What we offer

Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.

At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference.

Inclusion & accessibility

We are committed to creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. Adjustments are available for candidates with disabilities or long-term conditions.
