Job description
OPERATIONS MANAGER
(Operations and BOH Leadership — Zara Home Ireland)
Who we are
Zara Home is part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties.
Zara Home brings design-led home collections to life — from textiles and fragrance to tableware, décor and gifting. Our stores are built around detail and inspiration, where product knowledge matters and customers value thoughtful support — from styling ideas to practical guidance and confident recommendations. At Inditex, how we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success.
The role
As an Operations Manager, you lead the engine behind the store — stock flow, replenishment, online processing and back-of-house routines — ensuring the shopfloor has what it needs to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll run a high-volume operation with accuracy and speed, balancing priorities, deadlines and people leadership to keep the store moving.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, resilient and calm under pressure, with a strong operational mindset and the ability to build motivated, high-performing teams.
This role is for you if you…
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stay calm under pressure
Are highly organised, reliable and strong at managing multiple deadlines
Lead with emotional intelligence — clear communication, fairness and positive energy
Are commercially aware and understand how stock flow drives sales and service
Are adaptable — you problem-solve quickly and keep operations running smoothly
Care about standards, accuracy and doing things the right way
Are resilient and ambitious, ready to grow within Inditex
What you’ll do
Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring product flow is efficient, accurate and safe
Monitor and improve replenishment routines and KPIs to meet company expectations
Maintain healthy stock levels in store, managing inbound and outbound movements in line with guidelines
Deliver strong execution of deliveries, processing deadlines and hourly replenishment at pace
Lead and optimise online organisation: managing daily deadlines and maximising online packages to support store productivity
Use commercial and product data to support store performance, availability and productivity
Ensure smooth, proactive communication between stockroom, departments and front of house
Motivate, coach and develop your team to deliver high standards consistently
Support a high level of customer service by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time
Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
What we offer
Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.
At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference.
We are committed to creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. Adjustments are available for candidates with disabilities or long-term conditions.
