Job Title

FASHION STYLIST/ADVISOR

Reporting to

Department Manager

Key Responsibilities

·         Greeting customers who enter the store/department

·         Providing excellent customer service

·         Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers

·         Answering queries from customer

·         Maintain an up to date customer database

·         Making sure sales targets are met

·         Getting feedback from customers

·         Adapt to the customers own interest in colour, style and shape

·         Create complete looks from head to toe to match customers style

·         Inform customers about fashion trends

·         Remember loyal customers names, sizes and preference and maintain friendly relationship

·         Provide product detail ,including fabrics, wash care instructions

Skills and Attitude

·         Having a friendly and outgoing personality

·         Comfortable working with the members of the public

·         Should have a confident manner

·         Must be helpful and polite

·         Knowledge of technical equipment iPad, iPod

·         Smart appearance and articulate

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills
