We are seeking someone with proven experience within the fashion or retail industry, preferably in tailoring or bespoke services. Somone with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and tailoring alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.

What we expect from you:

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements. Offer a diverse selection of product choices in terms of fabrics, colors, and styles to ensure personalized service.

• Foster an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Address customer inquiries and feedback effectively, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Develop and maintain a tailored shopping atmosphere that prioritizes customization. Work closely with customers to provide bespoke solutions that align with their individual tastes and preferences.

• Implement and monitor customer satisfaction metrics. Regularly analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring an ongoing commitment to excellence.

• Lead and train the tailoring team to deliver exceptional service. Share knowledge on fabrics, tailoring techniques, and customer engagement strategies, ensuring all team members uphold the Massimo Dutti standards.
