Payroll & HR Administration: Support managers with payroll queries and coordinate payroll changes with the Payroll team and Regional HR Manager.
Succession Planning: Partner with the General Manager to identify talent, support career development, and implement effective succession plans.
Employee Experience: Ensure effective inductions, completion of corporate onboarding training, promotion of company benefits, and completion of exit interviews, using feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse reports relating to working hours, productivity, absence, and other key HR indicators, developing action plans to address areas for improvement.
Communication & Compliance: Promote effective internal communication, participate in management meetings, and ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the store.
