Job description
As Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our retail stores across the UK and Ireland are safe, well-maintained, and visually aligned with brand standards. You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, and repairs, while also supporting store openings, supplier relationships, and compliance with local regulations.
This is a hands-on role that requires regular travel, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with store teams, contractors, and internal colleagues. You’ll be the key link between stores and the FM department, making sure facilities issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, with minimal impact to customers or teams

Full Time
Store Maintenance & Support
• Oversee all facilities services in stores, including technical maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and store image.
• Ensure stores are safe, clean, and aligned with brand expectations at all times.
• Respond quickly to store requests and coordinate repairs or services with minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of materials and supplies needed for maintenance or repairs.
• Monitor the condition of stores and proactively identify issues before they escalate.
Regional Visits & Relationship Building
• Regularly visit stores across your designated region to assess standards, resolve issues, and support store teams.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for facilities matters.
• Provide feedback and updates to the FM Team Leader following site visits.
Supplier & Budget Management
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and service standards, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure all work is delivered within budget and aligned with cost-control expectations.
• Support the development of supplier relationships and contribute to continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all work complies with local legislation, health & safety regulations, and internal standards.
• Adapt corporate maintenance guidelines to meet UK and Ireland legal requirements.
• Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities to reduce consumption and costs.
Store Openings & Projects
• Participate in store pre-opening checks, including snagging, compliance reviews, and handover processes.
• Lead or support local store projects, including refurbishments, upgrades, and corporate initiatives.
• Use corporate tools and systems to track progress, report issues, and manage tasks.
• Provide holiday cover for other roles or regions within the FM department when required.
Skills & Experience
• Experience in facilities coordination or maintenance within a busy, multi-site organisation – ideally retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of building systems (e.g. HVAC, lighting, plumbing) and general maintenance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and suppliers, with a focus on service quality and accountability.
• Confident using digital tools and systems to report issues, track work, and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of UK and Ireland health & safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Experience supporting store openings, refurbishments, or reactive works.
Desirable
• Written and spoken Spanish is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems or similar facilities management platforms.
