Job description
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
(Store Leadership — Massimo Dutti UK)
Who we are
Massimo Dutti is part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties.
Massimo Dutti blends timeless style with a modern edge — defined by quality, considered design, tailoring and elevated everyday essentials. Our stores deliver a premium experience where detail matters: product knowledge, presentation and thoughtful service. At Inditex, how we work sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success.
The role
As Commercial Manager, you lead the commercial performance of the store. You use data, product insight and customer understanding to set priorities, drive sales and ensure the shopfloor is always aligned to what’s performing — while protecting Massimo Dutti’s premium standards.
You work closely with the Store Director/General Manager and wider leadership team, translating KPIs into clear actions, coaching teams to deliver consistently, and reacting quickly to trade with smart, timely decisions.
This role is for you if you…
Are commercially strong — confident analysing KPIs and acting on insights
Care about detail: product, presentation, customer experience and consistency
Lead with emotional intelligence and communicate clearly under pressure
Are organised and proactive, with excellent time management and prioritisation
Enjoy developing teams and creating accountability in a supportive way
Are adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-moving retail environment
Align naturally with Inditex values and ethical standards, including sustainability
What you’ll do
Own and drive store commercial performance: sales, productivity and key KPIs
Analyse daily trade and product performance, turning insight into clear priorities and actions
Ensure strong product placement, availability and standards across key stories and best sellers
React quickly to performance changes, adjusting strategy to maximise results
Partner with VM and Operations to ensure flow, replenishment and presentation support the commercial plan
Coach and influence teams to deliver a premium customer experience that drives conversion
Share commercial feedback and opportunities with store leadership and relevant teams
Support consistent execution of store routines, compliance and Health & Safety standards
Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
What we offer
Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.
At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference.
Inclusion & accessibility
We are committed to creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. Adjustments are available for candidates with disabilities or long-term conditions.
